Hi, I’m Byron, a Creative Director & Artist based in Cologne, where the weather’s likely cloudy but the ideas are clear.
With roots in both art and advertising, I navigate the beautifully chaotic intersection of culture, communication, and image-making. I'm driven by a belief that design should feel as good as it looks.
My photobook MOMENTOUS, a tender yet slightly obsessive look at how we remember, was nominated for the Kölner Design Preis, shortlisted for the Dummy Award, and toured exhibition spaces across Europe, Asia, and South America. One of its pages even made it onto 25 historic advertising columns throughout Cologne, proving that public art can co-exist with döner stands.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked on both sides of the creative fence, leading art direction for startups, agencies, and cultural institutions, while exhibiting personal projects in festivals and museums. Along the way, my work has been recognised by Cannes Lions, Ad Age, re:publica, and the New York Festivals, which sounds fancy until you realise awards don’t make coffee at 6am.
Let’s make something worth remembering.
